Greene County, NC - Will of William Frazier, 1881

State of North Carolina
Greene County
     In the name of God, Amen. I, WILLIAM FRAZIER of the County and 
State aforesaid being of sound mind, memory and understanding, 
praise be God for the same, do make this my last will and testament, 
in manner and form following.
     I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter, SARAH 
JANE TAYLOR, wife of MARK P. TAYLOR, all of my notes, accounts,
crops & rents wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death,
except, all of my notes and accounts that I hold against my Son DARIUS
B. FRAZIER.
     I give desire and bequeath unto my beloved daughter JANETTE ANN
JONES wife of JAMES B. JONES One hundred and fifty dollars, out of
the notes and accounts that I hold against my son DARIUS B. FRAZIER.
     I lend unto my beloved wife EPSAY FRAZIER during her natural life,
all of my household furniture, at her death I desire and bequeath it
equally divided between my beloved daughters JANETTE ANN JONES,
(wife of JAMES B. JONES) NETTIE SMITH, (wife of DAVID F. SMITH)
      And I do nominate, constitute and appoint my trusty friend MARK 
P. TAYLOR, sole executor of this, my last will and testament, hereby
revoking and making void all and every other will or wills at any time
heretofore made by me, and do declare this to be my last will and
testament.
     In witness whereof, I the said WILLIAM FRAZIER, have hereunto
set my hand. This 8th day of December 1880.

as his last will and testament in the
presence of us who at his request
and in his presence, have subscribed
as witnesses thereto.
