I Nancy Holliday being in delicate health but sound in mind and of disposing memory do make publish and declare this instrument to be my LW&T. I give to my beloved daughter Sarah W.S. Bright one feather bed and furniture To grandaughter Ann Titus Fortson one feather bed and furniture I give to grandaughter Ann Holliday one feather bed and furniture I give to my grandaughter Mary Ann Holliday one feather bed and furniture I give and bequeath to Ann Elizabeth Garland fifty dollars. I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Holliday the following Negros: Old Seazar, Beady, and Willis.. all my stock of horses cows and hogs, all money I possess or may be due me at my death and lastly all my kitchen and household furniture. I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Holliday the benefit that he has heretofore or that he may hereafter realize from the services of the Negros bequeathed me for life by my husband William Holliday. I nominate and appoint my son John Holliday my executor to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I do set my mark and affix my seal 6 November 1844.
