FIRST, I give all my personal property in whatever it may consist and all my real real estate to my dear wife, Kisey Lancaster to have and to hold during the term term of her natural life and after her death I give to my two sons, Redin B. Lanc Lancaster and Aderson M. Lancaster all my personal property that may remain in what whatever it may consist at my wife death it is to be eaquel divided between them them to their heirs and assigns forever. Second, I give to Redin B. Lancaster my son a portion of my real estate it be being the northern end of my plantation the line is to begin in John Moorings li line near the end of a ditch and then with said ditch to the end and then a st straight course to Dock Taylors line then with said Taylors line to John Mo Moorings line then with Moorings line to the beginning to have and to hold to hi him his heirs and assigns forever. Third, I give to Aderson M. Lancaster my son the remainder of my real estate beginning at Redin B. Lancaster my sons corner in John Moorings line and then runs with said Moorings line to the county road then with said road to Dock Taylors line then with Taylors line to Redin B. Lancaster corner in said Taylors line then with Redin B. Lancasters line to the beginning, also one other tr other track of land known as the piney woods track bounded by the lands of Sherman Sherman Taylor, Absalom Taylor, George Butts, and others to have and to hold to him his heirs and assigns forever and I now declare this to be my last Will and Testament and I also nominate and appoint T. B. Lancaster the sole executor to my last Will in witness I hereunto set my hand and seal the day and date above written. Signed in the presents of us Monroe Lancaster W. H. Smith D. A.
