Carr of the county of Greene, and State of North Carolina: Do hereby make and declare this my last will and Testament in manner and form following: Item- I leave all my property of every kind to be distributed according to law, as between my lawful heirs: I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons Robert A.L. CARR, and Titus W. CARR my lawful executors without bond, to execute this my last will and testament according to law: In testamony whereof I have signed and sealed and publish and declare this instrument as my Will and Testament in the County of Greene and State of N.C. on this the 3 day of April A.D. 1889 signed Matthew L.
