First that my executor hereinafter named shall collect all debts due me at my death and pay all funeral expenses preparing for my body decent burial and pay all my just debts to whomsoever owing out of the first monies that my come into her hands. Second I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Pennie Mooring all of my real estate and personal property so long as she may live and then to be divide as follows between my children. Third I have divided to my son Henry Mooring all the land that I intended for him to have. Fourth I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved son Wylie Mooring the following piece or parcel of land bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake the corner of Henry C. Mooring land in the G. W. G. Beamon land and runs with the line of the Beamon land N 52 ½ W 22 R to a stake thence S. 34 ¼ W a line parallel with H. C. Moorings line to the road a stake thence with the road to Henry C. Mooring corner A stake thence with the line of H. C. Mooring to the beginning containing twenty five acres more or less and known as Lot No. 2 in a plat made b R. E. Beamon for Bryant Mooring dated May 3, 1904, to have so long as he lives and then to go to his children. Fifth I give and bequeath and devise to my grand-daughter Bertie Hill the following piece or parcel of land bounded and described as follows, beginning at a stake Wiley Mooring corner in the G. W. G. Beamon line and runs with the line of the Beamon land N 62 ½ W 21 1/8 R. to a stake thence S 31-1/7 W 169 R to the road thence with the road 13 R to a stake Wiley Moorings line corner thence with his line N 34 ¼ E to the beginning containing (20) twenty acres more or less and known as Lot No. 3 in a plat made by R. E. Beamon for Bryant Mooring dated May 3, 1904 to her so long as she should live and if no children then to her brother, Frank Hill. Sixth I give and bequeath and devise to my daughter Victoria Eason, wife of Abner Eason, the following piece or parcel of land bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake in the line of G. W. G. Beamon a corner and stake Bertie Hill’s corner and runs with the line of Bertie Hill’s corner and S 31 – 1/7 W 80 R to a stake in said line thence N 66 W a straight line to Jumping River thence up Jumping Run to a pine and old corner thence with the line of G. W. G. Beamon S 62 ½ E to the beginning containing thirty five acres more or less I tax her lot with fifty dollars ($50.00) which I want to be paid to my son J. J. Mooring, to her so long as she may live and then to her children. Seventh I give and bequeath and devise unto my son Lorenzo D. Mooring so long as he should live and their to his boddy heirs the following piece or parcel of land bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake in the line of Bertie Hill and the second corner of Victoria Eason and runs S 31-1/7 W 89 R to the road thence with the road N 45 ½ W 58.92 R to a gum an Jumping Run thence up said Jumping Run to a stake corner of Victoria Eason their S 66 E W straight and with Victoria Eason line to the beginning containing thirty acres more or less, I tax his lot with the sum of one hundred ($100.00) whih I want to be paid to John J. Mooring. Eight I give to my daughter Feddie Scott wife of A. D. Scott the sum of five dollars to be paid by my executor. Ninth I have given to my son Marcellus Mooring all that of my property that I had for him. Tenth I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Pennie Mooring all my personal property that I may have at the time of my death to sell and use at her own option such as money notes or other property. I do nominate constitute and appoint my beloved wife Pennie Mooring sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and decree this to be my last Will and Testament in the presence of witnesses named below this Oct 24, 1910.
