Will of Caleb Radford
Greene County 1916

In the name of God, Amen.
I Caleb Radford of the County of Greene and State of North Carolina do 
make and devise this my last Will and Testament in manner and form 
following that it to say my executor herein after named shall prepare a 
decent burial for my body at my death out of the first money that may 
come into his hands, then pay all my just debts and all other property  
of every description there divided as follows, equally between my friend 
James Radford, my wife's son, and my four sons, Alex Radford, Lammie 
Radford, Berry Radford and Johnie Radford and my daughter Mary Gibson.
I hereby deputize and appoint my son Berry Radford my Executor.
In witness whereof the said Caleb Radford has hereunto set his hand 
and seal.
This Dec. 16th 1913
