ROGERS Found in Supreme Court Case #4636, NC Archives Copy of Elizabeth Rogers Will Be it known that I Elizabeth Rogers now of the county of Pitt and State of North Carolina for in the consideration of the love and good will I have to my nephews, children of my well beloved Sister Clary Joiner, James Joiner, John Joiner, and George Joiner, I do fully and freely according to my Will which this is intrusted to be, give and bestow upon the said three above named Nephews all of my land all of my notes and all other estate which I may leave after my death and this writing written with my own Shall make the same known. Signed this August 6th 1841 Signed Elizabeth M. Rogers One bed two pair of homespun sheets three pair of Northern homespun S. two new homespun bed quilts, three old calico quilts, four new calico quilts three rose blankets, four pair of northern homespun pillow cases, two pair of homespun.
