Greene County, NC - Will of Easter Sugg, 1889

I EASTER SUGG of Greene County, State of North Carolina, being
of Sound mind and Memory, but considering the uncertainty of
earthly existence do make this my last Will and Testament in manner
and form following, that is to say.
ITEM 1st  I lend to ROBERT H. HILL, one Gray horse, all the farming
tools of mine in his possession.
ITEM 2nd  I lend THOMAS P. HILL one Blind Clay colored Horse and
all my other farming tools except what I lend to ROBERT H. HILL
including Cart.
ITEM 3rd  I give GEORGE CORA HILL one Bed and furniture
ITEM 4th  I give NANCY EMMA HILL one Bed and furniture
ITEM 5th  I give unto my daughter NANCY H. HILL all my personal
property of every description except what I have already disposed
of after paying all my just debts and giving my body a decent
Christian burial.
     And lastly I do hereby constitute my daughter NANCY H. HILL and
JOHN R. HILL my lawful executors to all intents and purposes to 
execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent 
and meaning of same, and every part and clause thereof, hereby revoking
and declaring void all other will by me made heretofore.
      In witness whereof I the Said EASTER SUGG do hereunto Set My
hand and Seal, this the 23 day March A.D. 1887.

Easter Sugg was the daughter of Richard Hill and Esther Aldridge.
Her grandsons, Robert H. & Thomas P. were the sons of Thomas
Wooten Hill (died in Civil War) and Nancy Sugg.
