Item I give & bequeath to my daughter Poley Tarver one negro boy by the of (sic) Isaac, also one cow & calf & one bead & furniture to her & her heirs forever. Item I give & bequeath to my beloved wife Farabee Tarver all & singler my Lands & plantation where on I now live. Also my stock of all kinds, also three negros by the names of Mingo, Nelly & Ester to her during her natural life or widdow hood also the household goods & kitchen furniture. Also I desire that after my wifes death or widowhood that all & severly my Perishable property be equally divided amongst my dear little children by the names of John Martha Sarah Smitha & Nicy, (there are no commas) to them & their heirs forever. Also it is my desire that my son John Tarver after his mother's death or widdowhood should have all my lands, whereon I now live only, enough of my land excepted to pay my just debts to him & his heirs forever. Also I desire that my trusty friends, Joseph Downing, John Lane and my wife Feberry Tarver be appointed the Executors to this my last will & Testament.
