U. of Miami Shores, FL in the year 2000: Robert Paisley's births page of his Bible has been preserved and handed down ultimately to Mark Ulmer, of Florida. he presented the Bible page to the Paisley Family Assoc. for publication of the image in one of their newsletters. I have transcribed it verbatim here: "Mary Paisley [dark patch may have a couple of words] October the 17th, 1769." "Jane Paisley, July 31st, 1771." "William Paisley, December 5th, 1773." "Thomas Paisley, January 5th, 1775." "Elener Paisley, September 24th, 1778." "John Paisley, Nov. 16th, 1780." "Robert Paisley, September 12th, 1782." "Samuel Paisley, April 30th, 1785." "Margaret Paisley, March 6th, 1789." From: Ancestry.com's Public Trees, this one unlabeled, but likely to be the work of M. U. of Florida based on the information concerning Robert Paisley's Bible: "In 1765, Robert's father and his second wife, Catherine, moved to Guilford County, North Carolina Province; Catherine died shortly after arriving in North Carolina. Source: Ethel Bouton Baird's Paisley Family Records, 1980. Robert remained behind in Pennsylvania and, later that year married his first cousin, Margaret Majors, the daughter of his mother's sister. Source: William C. Rankin, "Guilford's Scotch-Irish", Local History Fiche No. 88. It is believed that the first five of their nine children were born in Pennsylvania.." "In 1780, during the Revolution, Robert and his family moved to Guilford County to join his father and brothers and sisters, they having already migrated there. Source: W. C. Rankin." "Robert's last four children, John, Robert, Jr., Samuel and Margaret, appear to have been born in Guilford."
