Oct. 18, 1810, Raleigh Minerva Written: 1810 Recorded: October 18, 1810 ADMINISTRATORS’ SALE Will be sold, on Thursday, the 15th of November next, at the late dwelling of SAMUEL CLAY, deceased, the Tract of Land whereon he lived, five miles north of Granville Court-house, containing between one thousand and twelve hundred acres. It will be well to observe that a great proportion is prime Tobacco Land, and no part of it but what is well adapted to the culture of any kind of grain. It is a fine, healthy situation, extremely well-watered. It will be sold on a credit of three equal annual payments; bond, with sufficient security will be required. THOMAS COOKE and SAM’L. M.
