GUILFORD COUNTY 
Oct.  Term, 1815

SARAH COLDSCOTT

        Vs.

THOMAS COLDSCOTT and ADAM HART 

Original Attachment levied on Land on the waters of Hickory Creek

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, THOMAS 
COLDSCOTT is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendants appear at the next Court to be held for the County 
of Guilford , and replevy and plead, the bill  will be taken against him.
