levied on Sundry property

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the WILLIAM  TEASS is not 
an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three months  in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said defendant appear at the next term of this Court to be held for the County 
of Guilford , and replevy the property levied on, judgment will be entered up 
against him.
