JEREMIAH FIELDS

        Vs.

PRUDENCE FOREHAND, widow, and THOMAS FOREHAND, ALLEN FOREHAND, JANE FOREHAND; 
FANNY FOREHAND; NANCY FOREHAND, MASTIN FOREHAND, and TABY FOREHAND, devisees 
of DAVID FOREHAND, deceased.

Petition to Build a Mill
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, are  not 
inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendant appears at our next Term to be held for the County 
of Guilford on the 3rd Monday in August next  make his defense to  the 
petition or the prayer thereof will be granted
