Original Attachment levied on land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, SAMUEL M. 
CUMMINGS  is not an  inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appears at our next Term to be held 
for the County of Guilford on the 3rd Monday in February and replevy the 
property levied on, first in special bail and plead to issue, judgment will be 
entered up against him.
