Bill to foreclose

It is ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks 
in the Raleigh Minerva that  THEODORIC HARRISON appear at our next Term of 
this Court  to be held for the County of Guilford at the Court House in 
Greensboro, or the bill will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
