Nov.  Term, 1809

JOHN HOWELL and SUSANNAH LANE, Administrators of the Estate of MORDECAI LANE, 
deceased

        Vs.

WILLIAM LANE 

Original Attachment levied on Land on the waters of Hickory Creek

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the WILLIAM LANE is not an 
inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said defendants appear at the next Court to be held for the County of 
Guilford , on the 3rd Monday in February and replevy and plead, judgment will 
be taken against him.
