It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the CHARLES McGINNESS  is 
not an inhabitant of this State; is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said 
defendant appear at the next Court to be held for the County of Guilford  at 
the Court House in Greensboro, on the 3rd Monday in August next, then and 
there to plead to the issues or demur,  judgment will be entered up against 
him.
