JESSE LYNCH

        Vs.

JOHN FISHER, GEORGE FISHER, EDWARD FISHER, BOLING FISHER, BETSEY FISHER, 
JOSEPH GIBSON

Original Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JOHN 
FISHER, GEORGE FISHER, EDWARD FISHER, BOLING FISHER, BETSEY FISHER, and JOSEPH 
GIBSON are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendants appear at our next Term to be held for the County 
of Guilford on the 4th Monday after the 4th Monday in March and plead, answer 
or demur to this bill, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
