The lands, it is objected, is not the property of said McCullock, but the aforesaid claimants in the county of Guilford, and ordered that Charles Bruce, Esq, Commissioner of Confiscated Property for Salisbury District, be served with a copy of the order. The respective claims of the aforesaid claimants into the above mentioned lands be as follows, to wit: John Peasely, 372 acres in No. 10 [or No. 50] on both sides of Beach [or Birch] Creek.
