STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COURT OF EQUITY   GUILFORD COUNTY
April Term, 1808

LEWIS SHEPPARD

        Vs.

JOSEPH GIBSON ET AL

Original Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JOHN 
FISHER, GEORGE FISHER, EDWARD FISHER, PATSEY  FISHER, and JOSEPH GIBSON are 
not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said defendants file their answers  within the first three days  at our next 
Term, judgment will be taken against them and heard ex parte.  
Test.
