EVAN STEVENS and others

        Vs.

THE HEIRS OF EVAN STEVENS, SR., service acknowledged by EVAN STEVENS, WILLIAM 
STANLY, JOHN UNTHANK, guardian to three of the Heirs

Petition for Distribution 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that three of the  defendants,  
JOHN STEVENS, GIDEON STEVENS, JOHN COX and ESTHER COX, his wife,are not 
inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
JOHN STEVENS, GIDEON STEVENS, JOHN COX and ESTHER COX, his wife appear at the 
next term of this  Court to be held for the County of Guilford , to shew 
cause, if any they have, why the prayer of this petition should not be 
granted, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them.
