It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this case, TEMPLE UNTHANK is not an inhabitant of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that unless the said defendants be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Guilford in the Court House at Greensboro, on the 3rd Monday in February next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to the said petition, judgment final will be entered up against him.
