ROBERT THOMPSON and others

        Vs.

THOMAS BLAIR and others


Original Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, THOMAS 
BLAIR, JOHN BLAIR and MARTHA, his wife, and  SAMUEL BLAIR,  are not an  
inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendant appears at our next Term of the Superior Court of 
Law and Equity  to be held for the County of Guilford and plead, answer or 
demur, the bill will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them.
