Present: William Dent, William Gowdy, John Hamilton, esqs. The last will and testament of JOHN WHITE, deceased was proven in open Court by the oath of William Gowdy, esq and Robert McCann, two subscribing witnesses thereto, and on motion ordered to be registered. Then came in JANE WHITE, the widow and relict of the said JOHN WHITE, deceased, JOSEPH MCDOWELL, Jr, and Robert Peasley, executors appointed in said will, and qualified as such according to law. Ordered that letters testamentary issue to them accordingly.
