Simon Landreth the Receipt whereof the Said Elizabeth Quate James Quiet & & Samuel Quiet doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted Bargained & Sold aliened & Confirmed & by these presents Doth give Grant Bargain & Sell alien & Confirm unto the Sd. Simon Landreth his Heirs & assigns for ever & that Tract & parcel of Land Situate Lying & being in the County of Guilford on the Waters of the North fork of Alamance Beginning at a Hickory Turning thence West on James Harmons Line Crossing Two Branches one hundred & Ninety one poles to a Small Hickory thence North with Abraham Powels line Eighty four poles to a Stone & Small white Gum Bush thence East Crossing the Two Branches again one hundred & thirty Six poles to Some rocks on a Hill thence North Twenty five Degrees East fifteen poles and Two thirds of a pole to a Hickory Grub thence North Crossing a Spring branch Twenty poles to a Small Sweet Gum thence East fifty Two poles to a Stake in the field thence South Crossing the Spring Branch again with Robert Quiets line one hundred & Twenty poles to the Beginning Hickory Containing one hundred & fourteen Acres & fifty three poles of Land one hundred Acres of the Same Being the Land Wm Quiete Willed to his Son the Said James Quiete & the Remaining fourteen acres & fifty three poles Being part of the Land the Sd. Wm Quate Willed to his Son Samuel Quiet & Elizabeth his wife with a part of the Cleared Lands & also all the wood ways waters & water Cources & all & every the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining & the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues & profits of the afsd. Lands & premises & Every part thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim property & Demand whatso ever of the Sd. Elisabeth Quiet James Quiet & Samuel Quiet of in & to the Sd.
