To the Surveryor of said county Greeting
You are hereby required as soon as may be to lay off a survey for 
Benjamin McFarlin A tract or parcel of land containing one hundred 
acres lying in the county aforesaid on bouth sides Jacobs Creek, 
Begining at a Hickory Said Rolston South East corner running South and 
west for complement to Robert Rolston Deeded land.
Observing the Direction of the Acts of Assemby in such case made and 
Provided for running out Land To Just and fair Plans of such survey 
with a Proper certificate annexed to Each you write transmit with this 
Warrant to the Secretary Office without Delay Given under My Hand at 
Spring the twenty second Day of May Anno Dom: 1786

In pursurance of Warrant No. 1660 I hereby certify that on the 24th day 
of March 1780 I Surveryed for Benjamin McFarling 100 acres of land 
according to the annexed Plan situated on both sides of Jacobs creek in 
the county of Guilford Beginning at his own S.E. corner Hickory Saplin 
runing thence South crossing a branch eighty nine poles to Chesnut on 
the bank of a branch thence West crossing said branch and another 
branch one hundred & eighty poles to a large white Oak on the 
lowground, on the south side said Creek thence north crossing said 
Creek eighty nine poles to Robert Rolston & the Claimants corner 
Poplar, thence along his own line to the first Station
