James Brown, fifty shillings per hundred acres, two hundred acres on the 
waters of Reedy Fork, begin at Widow Boyd’s north east corner, W 60 ch. to a 
post oak sapling, N crossing two branches and the road that leads from Capt. 
Robert Bell’s to Finley’s Mill 33 3/10 ch. to two post oaks, S to the
