All parties heirs of the late BENJAMIN SHAW deed have allotted and by mutual argument have divided the land of their dead father BENJAMIN SHAW will in faith that the said Matthew Shaw, Noble Shaw, Aaron Shaw, James Morton and Mary his wife, the receipt whereof is heirs by acknowledged, and the said Matthew Shaw, Noble Shaw, Aaron Shaw, James Morton and his wife Mary [Shaw], doth hereby exonerated and agreed the said Drusy Wood and Rhoda his wife their heirs and assigns forever all that piece tract and parcel of land situate lying and being in our county of Guilford on the waters of Reedy Fork of Haw River. [Description of location near Frederick Deans corner] Containing 162 acres of land, -----with all improvements, mines, minerals and profits there unto belonging as in any pertaining to the above granted land to hold to the said Drusy Wood and his wife Rhoda, their heirs and assigns forever to theirs only proper use benefit and behalf. And the said Matthew Shaw, Noble Shaw, Aaron Shaw, James Morton his wife Mary, doth hereby granted the will for themselves their heirs and every [one] of them warrant the above described premises unto the said Drusy Wood his wife Rhoda and their heirs forever in ----- whereof the have set their hand and seals the day and year above written.
