Grant bargained, sold ____ ____ release and confirm unto the said Joseph Huskins his heirs and assign forever one certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred fifty acres of land situated, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid and on Horse pen Creek and on both sides of the main Road Beginning at a White Oak on Hugh Fofters? Line then east thirteen chains and one half long said Fofters line to a White Oak then North sixteen chains along said Fofters line to a Hickry then East to a White Oak thirty two chains to Robert Mitchell dec'd line then South thirty eight chains along said Mitchell's line to a post corner to Thomas White then along said Thomas White line to the beginning containing and now laid out for one hundred and fifty acres more or less together with all wood, underwoods, timber and timbers, _______ houses, Buildings, orchards & Enclosures & ways watter and water course profits, commodities, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and any wise appertaining and the reassignment and foversicon? & monrinder? & remainder rents, issues and profits thereof and also all the Estate Rights Titled Interest property claimant demand of in & to the said lands and premises and of in and to any part or parcel thereof To have and to hold unto the said Joseph Huskins the said land and premises & all singular other the appurtenances hereby intended to be granted tot he said Joseph Huskins his heirs and assigns forever and the same James Ross and Mary Ross, his wife for themselves thars heirs, Exectr. & Admrd.
