NG is sending the ammunition that Malmedy requested. Malmedy is to move immediately to Rocky River and prevent the Loyalists in that area from sending any provisions to the British. He should also have any provisions that may be found at Ramsey’s Mill moved to the east side of the Cape Fear River.
