July 19, 1834 Deaths: In this place on Monday morning the 14th, inst., of scarlet fever, being only 36 hours sick, Martha Ramsay, daughter of John M. Logan, aged four years one month and eighteen days. July 26, 1834 Deaths: In this place on Sunday morning last, at half past one o'clock, Mariah E. Brown, late from New York, aged about 15 years. In this place, on Sunday evening, the 20th inst., about 6 o'clock, Julia Virginia, only daughter of Watson W. Woodburn, aged one year, seven months and seven days. August 6, 1834 Marriages: In this county, on the evening of the 16th ult., Nathan Rogers, aged about 26 to Mrs. Anritty Work, widow of John Work, deceased, aged about 60. Deaths: In this place, on Saturday evening the 2nd inst., Ann Elizabeth, daughter of John M. Logan, aged (??) and 10 months. August 27, 1834 Marriages: In Caswell county, on Tuesday the 19th inst., Dr. Robert P. Williamson to Miss Angelina Ann Watt, daughter of the late Col. Absalom Watt. In Wentworth, on Tuesday, the 10th inst., by the Rev. S. S. Bryant, Mr. Jesse Shelly to Miss Tabitha Woodburn, both of this county. Deaths: Died in Rockingham county, on the 17th June, Ann E. Scales, daughter of James M. Scales, aged 19 months. In Knoxville, Tenn., Dr. Williams aged on hundred years to Miss Nancy Israel. Deaths: On the 30th ult., in Bladen county, Samuel M. Oliver, aged 77 years. In Baltimore, a few days since, the Rev. Gregory F. Bedell, aged about 73 years. Near Chapel Hill, on the 17th inst., Mrs. Ellen Craig, in the 70th year of her age. In Greensborough, Alabama, on the 4th inst., George M.
