The Patriot
Sat. Jan. 20, 1830
DIED, in Guilford County, on Sunday morning, the 10th inst., MRS. LYDIA 
CLEMMONS, wife of JAMES CLEMMONS, in the 51st year of her age. They were 
married in 1799, and have lived together ever since, in a most cordial and 
uninterrupted love, harmony and happiness. She had two children, who are yet 
sojourners in this vale of tears.
