DANIEL CLOSS. The deceased was a native of Ireland; immigrated to this country at an early period of life; was married to MISS LUCY WAIN, of Philadelphia; emigrated from thence to the valley of Virginia and settled on the James River in Botecourt County, where he remained for 42 years. He lived to see all his children grown, and nearly all of them converted to God, and members of the Presbyterian Church; his second son, is the REV. W. CLOSS, an itinerating minister and member of the North Carolina Conference. He finally died, in great peace, in the 75th year of his age.
