In making his way up one of the curved iron girders that support the roof of the great train shed at Broad street station, Walter T O'Sullivan, a painter, missed his footing yesterday morning and fell from a height of 140 feet to meet instant death on the hard concrete below. O'Sullivan was one of several daring workmen who for the past six weeks have been engaged in scraping and painting the under side of the roof. To the people below these men have looked like flies clinging to the rafters.
