In Richmond county, on the 23rd inst., after an illness of several years, Pentecost Robinson. In the vincinity of Raleigh, a few days ago, Mrs. Glenn, mother of William Rid. At his residence in Warren county, on the 29th ult., the honorable John Hall, late a judge of the supreme court of the state. ~~~March 13, 1833 Died, on the seventeenth day of the second month Judith Russell, formerly of Nantucket, and widow of Timothy Russell, aged 79 years 11 months and 7 days. ~~~March 27, 1833 In Rockingham county, on the 12th inst., Mrs. Sarah Wright, consort of Martin Wright, Esq., aged 54 years. She has left a husband and nine children to deplore their irreparable loss: But her friends have reason to console themselves with the hope that their loss is her eternal gain. She was a member and shining ornament in the Baptist church, and died with the fortitude and resignation of a pious Christian. In Milton, on the 10th inst., Miss Cornelia Nunally, aged 47 years. In the same place, on the 15th inst., Samuel, infant son of Samuel Shelton. ~~~April 3, 1833 Fatal Accident: We are informed (says the Rutherford Spectator) that Miss Martha Young, aged about 17, daughter of John Yount, Esq., Buncombe County, was drowned in Swannana River, on the 22 ult. ~~~April 17, 1833 At Wilmington, in this state, on the 2nd inst., of paralysis, after six days illness, Henry S. Ellenwood, Esq., editor of the Wilmington Advertiser, aged about 40 years. In Orange county, a short time since, David Ray.
