Fairview Circle, the husband of Mrs. Elizabeth DeKalb Varner and a native of High Point, N.C., died Tuesday in a hospital. He was a World War II veteran and member of the Retired Officer Association. He was a member of Cradock United Methodist Church. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Peters of Point Pleasant, N.J.; a son, Raymond Varner of Portsmouth; two sisters, Mrs. J.G. Royals of Yanceyville, N.C., and Mrs. Douglas Lowder of High Point; and six grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk, by the Rev. John Hamm. The family will be at Snellings Funeral Home tonight from 7 to 9. They ask that memorial donations be made to the memorial fund of Cradock United Methodist Church.
