THIS IS THE WILL OF HANNAH GIRLDINE WHITTINGTON ANDERSON North Carolina Guilford County I, Hannah G. Anderson, of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament: 1. My executor hereinafter named shall give my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives, and pay all funeral expenses together with all my just debts, if any, out of the first moneys which may come into his hands belonging to my estate. 2. It is my will and desire, and I hereby direct that my executor hereinafter named shall sell all of my personal property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, and all of my real property at public auction to the highest bidder, after due advertisement, on such terms as he may deem wise and proper; and that the funds derived from the sale of all of my property, after payment of all debts, funeral expenses and costs of administration be paid to my four beloved children, James M. Anderson, Ira F. Anderson, Charles C. Anderson and Ruth Mae DePalmer, their heirs and assigns, share and share alike. 3. I hereby constitute and appoint my trusted friend Harvey L. Paschal my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause thereof--hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Hannah G. Anderson, do hereunto set my hand and seal this the 17th day of March, 1937. Hannah G.
