                           Charles McDarmon

Dated: August 15, 1799

"First, I give and bequeath to Hannah, my dearly beloved wife all
______every of my estate after paying all my just debts (here it gets
quite light, but looks like it says) the money for which I wish to be 
raised out of the present crop and my stock of _____s and cattle and 
one still ___ the balance to be hurn [sic] during hur [sic] natural 
life or widowhood and thereto my son James McDarmon."

Executors: "My good friends" Isaac Gray and Williamson Brown

Witness: Michael McDarmon, William Gray, & Robert Bell

Note: Estate was sold in 1801 by Sheriff to Hezekiah Sanders for 53
pounds(?)

Note: In 1801, James Gray was appointed guardian of James (son of
Charles)
