From following, that is to sya I will that my body be decently buried according to the common custom, I will that all my debts be paid by my executors hereafter to be named. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife LYDIA DEAN all my real estate during her natural life or widowhood except the DRUSY WOOD plantation of 177 acres which I will and bequeath to my son JEPTHA DEAN and his heirs and assign forever from the condition that he pay over to my executor the sum of $592.50 in the term of his year from my decease. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife LYDIA DEAN all my personal estated after making sale of what she can I have toward the payment of my debts and if enough cannot be paid of my personal estate, I will and bequeath that enough of the land that I brought of BENJAMIN SHAW be sold to satisfy any balance that may remain unpaid. I wish my children as will an education as the circumstance of my wife will admit. I will and bequeath that at the death of my wife LYDIA DEAN or at her marriage, that all my estate personal and real that there remains be equally divided to all my children share and share alike. I do comptitute and appoint my son-in-law JAMES SHAW and my son YANCY DEAN the executors of this my last will and testament.
