Jacob James and Danial the tract of land on which I now live to be divided by them My son Danial to have his parts to in clude the improvements and to be worth one hundred dollars more than either of the reste in valuation 2 ly it is my will and Desire that my for Daughters that is living with me that is to say Nancy Mary Elizabeth and Tabithea (?) have (the next line is on the crease of the paper and is unreadable) and truck pack (?) and if they live single so as to neade any further siporte thay shall be intitled to pt (?) off the lande on which I now live, but if they marry then thare rite to sease to any further Claim to the hous or land. 3 ly I give and bequeath unto Isaac Coe and his children by his first wife Sarrey five dollars in adition to what he has all redy received 4 ly it is my will that all of my personell property be soalde and my juste debts and funerell Charges be paid by my Executor and the balance to be divided among my Daughters ande grande son Cicero Gilbreath in Eaqual proportion in cluding what thay have all redy received and if there be not enofe to make them Eaquel with my fore Sons including the land that in that case my sones must pay over to my Daughters and Grand Son Cicero Gilbreath so as to make them all Equil in pointe of value Lastely I do hear by appointe William Gilbreath the sole Executor of this my last will and Testament hereby Revoking all former wills by me made in witness whare of I have hereunto set my hande and seal this 16th day of October in the yeare of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty six [signed] Daniel Deanes (seal) Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named testator to be his last will and testament in the presens of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator.
