GRAY HENRY This June the 15 1914 North Carolina Guilford Co I Margaret J. Henry of the afore county and state being of sound mind but considering the uncertainty of life do make and declare this my last will testament. 1st I give and devise to John D. Whittington the House and lot where I now live known as the Guilford High School Building and the personal property is all to be sold and equally devided between John D. Whittington and Hannah G. Anderson and one hundred Dollars is to be spent for Tomb Stones one to my Farther and Mother and one for myself to cost $25 twenty five Dollars each and that mine to cost $50. 2nd And all just debts and funeral expenses are to be paid out of the first moneys that come into the hands of my executor 3rd I hereby constitute and appoint W. P. Baldwin to execute this my last will and testament according to the true interst and meaning of the same thereby revoking and declaring uterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made Margaret J. Henry (declared) Signed sealed published and by the said Margaret J. Henry to be my last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her and in the presence of each other do subscribe our names as witnesses there to Witness R. L. Davis C. O. WHITTINGTON, MRS. JOHN D. WHITTINGTON, AND HANNAH G. ANDERSON: YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE THAT W. P. Baldwin, Executor of the estate of Margaret J. Henry, Deceased , has filed his final account and report as executor with N. W. Gant, Clerk of Superior Court of Guilford County, together with checks as follows: Mrs. John D. Whittington for nursing deceased $176.00 John D. Whittington, 1/2 of the net amount of estate $224.86 Hannah G. Anderson, 1/2 of net amount of estate $224.86 You will further take notice that the undersigned clerk will, on Saturday, August 24th, 1918, at eleven O'clock A.M. consider any exceptions that may be filed to said report, and unless exceptions are filed, the said checks will on said date be delivered to the parties to whom same are payable.
