and the third of the land with the half of the mansion house with my daughter, 
Mary…If James [the half-brother] never returns, Mary is to enjoy the whole land

Page 134-“An amount of vouchers produced by JOSEPH MCDOWELL, Jr and France 
McCain, executors of the estate of JOSEPH MCDOWELL Sr, deceased, in their 
settlement of said estate. Twenty vouchers totaling 140 pounds, 10 shillings, 
20 pence.
