I own one hundred and eighty nine acres of land whare on I now live. It is my will that my Executers shall give soficient Notice by advertisement that the [land] can be sold at privit Sale if six Dollars per acre can be got for it by making reasonable instalments according to sircomstances. and when the money is received for the land for my Executors to pay my son Thomas C Moore’s heirs The proseedes of Eighty nine acres of land according to what the land sold for, provided they all let their Fathers mill land in Rockingham County ly and be sold altogether. But if Either of them proseed to sel their intrust [interest?] in that land without the Consent of the Rest of the heirs, they shall have No parte of proseedes of my land ~ 3. it is my will that one hundred Dollars be paid to my son Joshua Moore out of the proseedes of the other hundred acres of land, for the grate keir and attention that he has paid to me in the Decline of my life, and if he shuld desier to have any of my tools, that he shall have such a tool or tools without charge gratious. 4. It is my will, if my daughter Hannah survives me and it should not be convenient for hir to give up the persessions and remove off it shall be in hir power to remain on it until sotabel arrangements can be made to hir mind, if she should wish to rent out any pert of the plantation for hir support She may do so wile she remains on it. 5. It is my will that all my movabel property be sold, as soon as convenient. Except my tooles which I will should be advertised two months or more and described what use they are for in [some] sootable Newspaper. ~ and when the money is colected I will that all my just Debts and consiqunt charges shall be paid, and what remains over I give and becoth [bequeath?] to my Daughter ~ Hannah for hir support and the Scool Education of my two grand-sons John Camm Rich and William Tylar Rich and for their Needful acquipage there to. 6. It is my will, when the money is Received for the land and movabel property and all just Demandes is setteled the Balance then Dew to Hannah be paid to hir. It is my will that if my Daughter Hannah should deceas in the menorrity of my two grandsons above mentioned that the remainder of the money that was left with Hannah be put to intrust and drawn as Need may be Requier, and [when] they come of age to be Eaqully Divided between them. ----- lastly I constitute and appoint [name blotted out heavily with ink] & Hannah Moore and – [words blotted out in ink], Executors to this my last will and testament Revokeing all wills hearetofore made by me ------- and I also think it needfull heare to appoint my Son Joshua Moore Executer to this will, for him to have the keer and Dispotiel of all my tooles and metearels to dispose of them in what way he may think best, as he has more knoledg of the valeu of them then my other Executors to which I put my hand & Seal this fourtenth Day of the tenth month, in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty one --- in the presents of J.W.
