“The last will and testament of WILLIAM PEASLEY, deceased, was proved in open 
court by the oaths of John Anderson and Robert Anderson, George Stuart, three 
subscribing witnesses thereto, and on motion ordered to be recorded.

“Then came Elizabeth [Denny] Peasley, John and Robert Peasely, executors 
appointed in said will and qualified as such agreeable to law.”
