November Term 1814

Decrees that John Landreth Esquire Charles Bland Arthor Woodborn & Levi 
Tucker be and they are hereby appointed a committee to a lot and lay 
off out of the Crop & Stock on Land and they be of opinion that the 
Crop & Stock on Land be not sufficient that then they allow such a sum 
or sums of money as will be sufficient to support the widow and family 
of Robert Quait Dec'd for one year and they under their hands & seals 
to make return thereof to next court.

Agreeably to the annixed order we the undernamed met in committee in 
order to allot and Lay off from the Estate of Robert Quait dec'd one 
years maintainance for the widow and children of the dec'd, Do agree 
and lay off six head of Hogs, the whole of the corn on hand and two 
stacks of fodder, the whole of the ______ cotton & Flax on hand, one 
_____   ______  choice, and in addition to the above articles the sum 
of twenty five Dollars all which we beg leave to submit as our report.

Persuent to an order of Court to us Directed from November term 1815 to 
settle with Simmon Landreth administration of the Estate of Robert 
Quait Deceased and make Report to next Court have met accordingly and 
make the following Report and find the amount of sail to be one hundred 
twenty nine Dollars & Seventy three cents & three fourths we a________  
find in the hand of the Administration $129-73 3/4
