STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS  HALIFAX COUNTY
August Term, 1820

LEVIN BOZMAN
    vs.
JAMES R. ALLAN

Original Attachment -- Levied in the hands of THOMAS HUDSON, and him summoned 
as Garnishee

The Defendant, JAMES R. ALLEN, in this case, is not an inhabitant of this 
State: It is therefore ordered that publication be made for three months in 
the Halifax Compiler that unless the said JAMES R. ALLAN appear at the next 
Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Halifax at 
the Court House in Halifax Town on the third Monday in November next and 
replevy the property so attached, and plead to issue, the property will be 
condemned, subject to the Plaintiff's recovery and execution awarded.
