   20 Nov. 1874 -- HENRY LONG and his sister, ANN, of Halifax to JOEL WALKER 
of same place, for 138.13.8 pounds, 104 acres joining Rockey Swamp, JOEL 
WATKINS, ROBURN, WILLIAM WEST'S old line (excepting two acres used for West's 
Mill Across Fishing Creek). Signed, HENRY LONG, ANNA LONG. Witnesses: EDMD.
