Land for Sale, on Credit

By consent of the Heirs of Charles Gilmour, dec. will be sold at Mr. 
Johnston's tavern on Wednesday the 2d of January next a valuable Plantation on 
Mush-Island containing between two and three hundred acres belonging to the 
estate of the said deceased. 

One third of the purchase money payable in six months, one third in twelve 
months, and the other one third in eighteen months; if not punctually paid to 
bear interest from the date - bond with sufficient security will be required. 
A particular description of the land &c would be needless as it is to be 
presumed no person would beomce a purchaser without viewing the same.

At the same time and place will be rented for one year three fourths of the 
Plantation on which John Gilmour now resides.
