One third of the purchase money payable in six months, one third in twelve months, and the other one third in eighteen months; if not punctually paid to bear interest from the date - bond with sufficient security will be required. A particular description of the land &c would be needless as it is to be presumed no person would beomce a purchaser without viewing the same. W.
