Six months credit will be given for one-third, twelve months for one-third and eighteen months for the other one-third. Bond with sufficient security will be required and if not punctually paid to bear interest from the date. The aforesaid Plantation is well improved with an elegant two-story dwelling-house and all other out-houses necessary for the reception of a genteel family. W.
